General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Corevento BV (hereinafter "Provider") and the client (hereinafter "Customer"), unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. They include consulting services, coaching, training, audit preparation, and event and workshop formats, even if external partners are involved for locations or team events.
2. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded exclusively through written acceptance of the offer by the customer. Verbal or telephone agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing by the provider.
3. Services & Participation
The scope of the agreed services is determined by the respective offer. The provider will provide its services with the greatest possible care and expertise, but is not obligated to achieve a specific result. The customer is obligated to provide all information necessary for the provision of the service in a timely manner.
3a. No guarantee of success
The provider is not obligated to achieve any specific economic or operational success. Recommendations, suggested measures, or training content are based on professional experience and due diligence, but do not guarantee specific results, certifications, or improvements. The responsibility for implementation and effectiveness lies with the customer.
4. Remuneration & Payment Terms
Billing is on an hourly basis or a daily rate according to the offer.
- Hourly packages must be paid in advance.
- Individual services must be paid within 7 working days of receipt of the invoice.
- Longer-term projects are billed pro rata at the end of the month. Payment deadline: 7 business days.
In case of late payment, the provider reserves the right to withhold further services.
5. Appointment cancellations & cancellation
Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing.
- Rescheduling or cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 working days before the appointment.
- If the event is cancelled less than 7 working days before the appointment, 70% of the agreed consulting fees and 100% of the event/location costs incurred by Corevento will be due.
- The invoice must be paid within 7 working days of the originally scheduled date.
- Deviations require the written consent of both parties.
6. Liability
The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Further liability—in particular for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data—is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Rights of use
All documents, concepts, templates, and results provided as part of the service are protected by copyright and may only be used for the client's internal purposes. Distribution or sale to third parties is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding all information obtained during the collaboration – even after the contract has ended.
9. Final provisions
All legal relationships are governed by Belgian law. The place of jurisdiction is Liège.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
