For targeted reflection, we use structured analysis and development tools such as Lumina Spark, embedded in training or coaching processes, as needed. The application is carried out in cooperation with Target Consulting and serves to deepen self-awareness – without typification or stereotyping.

We use Lumina Spark as needed for in-depth self-reflection and individual assessment. This tool enables a differentiated view of personality, behavioral preferences, and situational leadership behavior—beyond typologies or simple categories.

Lumina Spark helps managers become more aware of their own strengths, potential exaggerations, and areas for development. The results serve as a structured basis for training and coaching processes and are consistently transferred into everyday management practice.

The application is carried out in cooperation with Target Consulting as a certified partner for Lumina Learning. Lumina Spark is not an end in itself, but a targeted tool to support sustainable leadership development.
